• S1: Fear of God Almighty and able to show a religious attitude;

Knowledge

• P1: Mastering the theoretical concepts of:
• – Characteristics, structure, and theory of Legal Science
• – Sources, principles, principles and norms of the Indonesian national legal system or legal system and the history of their development.
• P2: Mastering basic knowledge of the history and theoretical aspects of Indonesian Positive Law, which at least includes Civil Law, Criminal Law, State Administrative Law, International Law, Customary Law, Islamic Law, both material or substantial aspects as well as formal or procedural.

General Skills

• KU1: able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of the development or implementation of science and technology that pays attention to and applies humanities values in accordance with their field of expertise;
• KU2: able to demonstrate independent, quality, and measurable performance;

Special Skills

• KK2: Able to formulate ideas logically, critically, and argumentatively in the field of Indonesian Positive Law and communicate them orally and/or in writing, especially within the scope of the academic community, in accordance with academic ethics.
• KK4: Able to behave ethically, fairly, obey the law, be sensitive, and care about the social environment in designing and implementing the law.
