Masyarakat dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR)

Deskripsi

Program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) sangat berkaitan dengan salah satu bidang dalam keilmuan antropologi, yaitu antropologi terapan. Oleh karena itu isu CSR sangat penting untuk dibahas, oleh karena itu beberapa capaian yang diharapkan dari mata kuliah ini, diantaranya: 1) Menjelaskan apa itu CSR dan bagaimana pembangunan sosial yangdilakukan dapat diimplementasikan dan membawa perubahan dalam kehidupan masyarakat; 2) Menganalisis dinamika CSR menggunakan teori-teori antropologi.

  • Fenomena komodifikasi CSR dari berbagai kasus.
  • Pola-pola implementasi program CSR melalui studi kasus di Indonesia.
  • Peran CSR dalam relasi korporasi dan masyarakat melalui perspektif moral dan hutang.
  • Praktik tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dalam mengatasi kemiskinan melalui kasus di India.
  • Politik CSR di Indonesia
  • Politik global dan korporasi melalui proses sertifikasi sawit.
  • Konflik dan praktik corporate security oleh CSR dan masyarakat.
  • Relasi Korporasi (CSR) dan masyarakat adat dalam konflik perebutan sumber daya.
  • Peran dan kontribusi antropologi melalui etnografi CSR
