Communities' Satisfaction Survey

The Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) is aimed at stakeholders, namely lecturers, students, staff and external parties at FIB who are related to the level of service quality at SKPL as a reference for improving public services in the coming years. The 2021 FCS UB SKM results can be accessed on the website link.

The Study Program always involves stakeholders in the quality assurance process. In general, stakeholders consist of internal parties such as lecturers, students and education staff. Moreover, external stakeholders are alumni and alumni users. Data collection on student input on the learning process is carried out using a questionnaire which students can access on the Student Academic Information System (SIAM) website at the end of the semester. Feedback from the learning process questionnaire can be seen by the lecturer on the lecturer's Academic Information System (SIADO) account in the course questionnaire section. The contents of this questionnaire include the lecturer's readiness to carry out teaching, teaching materials and the lecturer's interaction with students who are taught in class. Evaluation results, both at the internal level of the study program and evaluations at the external level, are disseminated through regular study program meetings and departmental meetings held at the end and beginning of each semester.
