Providing E-Complaint

The Faculty of Cultural Sciences provides facilities for internal parties (students, staff, lecturers, etc.) to accommodate complaints and suggestions. This facility is called e-complaint and was created by the Information Systems, Infrastructure, Information Technology and Public Relations Manager (hereinafter PSIK). Complaints can be submitted online on the site here. The e-complaint form on the FCS website requires information such as:

  • Email
  • Name
  • NIM/NIK/NIP
  • Service Complaints
  • Aspects that need improvement
  • Suggestions and Feedback for services
  • Description of Complaint Details
  • Phone Number

External parties (local communities, guests, etc.) can contribute to conveying suggestions and complaints by accessing UB Care. For better performance, UB has rebranded UB E-Complaint to UB Care in 2020.
